Every week

Wednesdays & Sundays

Two club runs a week, three flavours. Pick one, pick all of them.

Nob End Run Club track night under the floodlights at Leverhulme Park Wednesday · Track

Track night

7:50pm

Leverhulme Park athletics track, Bolton. Meet 7:50pm, we're off at 8pm for about an hour. Structured, sociable and great for getting quicker — every pace has a place on a 400m loop.

Runners outside the pub after a Wednesday run Wednesday · Road / Trail

Pub run

7:30pm

On non-track weeks we head out on the roads around Bolton — and onto the trails in the lighter months. Start point changes each week and we usually finish at a pub for a well-earned drink.

Sunday canal run group on the boardwalk Sunday · Road, trail or canal

Sunday miles, coffee & cake

9:00am

Road, trail or a canal-towpath run around Nob End, Little Lever and beyond — then coffee and cake afterwards. The perfect way to ease into the week. 9am start unless stated otherwise — start point posted on our socials.

Community

Without its people, there is no run club.

Nob End Run Club isn't a route or a time on a watch — it's the people who turn up. The ones who wait at the end of the rep, shout you up the last hill and save you a seat at the pub. Every new face makes the club stronger.

All abilities

First-timers, returners, marathoners and ultra runners all run together. Nobody is too slow.

All ages & people

Whoever you are, you're welcome. Come on your own — you won't be on your own for long.

Good people, stronger together

Running is better shared. The miles, the mud, the pint and the cake afterwards.
